COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION STATUS: ACTIVE AND SHIPPING

Dear Coffee Subscribers,
Please regularly check this post regarding the status of the coffee subscriptions during the Corona Virus outbreak, as we will continue to update it.
We are all faced with considerable disruption and uncertainty and we can only report the current situation as is appropriate at the time. The well being of our staff and customers is our top priority, so we have decided to scale back and temporarily close Bella Barista. However, The Roastery website that offers coffee, coffee accessories and coffee subscriptions can still operate and adhere to the current guidelines with limited members of staff.

Please expect delays choosing the next day shipping option for one off purchases. Also the coffee subscriptions could experience delays with Royal Mail currently overwhelmed by volume and have staff self isolating.

We’re closely monitoring the news and government guidelines and If new restrictions are imposed, we shall inform all coffee subscribers by email and update this post.
We believe the enjoyment gained from a delicious cup of coffee does not require promoting and for many is considered an “essential” part of life. We shall continue to offer this home comfort in times when it’s probably needed most for as long as we can.

Stringent health and hygiene procedure are and will continue to be carried out during the roasting and packing process. We already operate to certified organic roasting standards. We have advice and it’s believed the corona virus cannot exist in temperatures required for roasting and brewing coffee. It is also considered extremely low risk of infection from packaging used and the length of time in transit from delivery to you.

With a limited number of staff roasting, admin and packing on different days we can fulfil the existing level of orders so we would kindly as you to keep to the same quantities as normal, and not to overload our limited capacity.
