Description

This Swiss water decaf coffee comes from the Aceh region in Sumatra. They use the traditional Mandheling semi washed process which typically involved wet processing & dry milling with a moisture content of around 20%. This is due to the high levels of humidity in the region and often gives an added sweetness to the cup. Expect milk chocolate, yellow plum and brown sugar with a medium body.
