One of our favourite coffees from our longstanding direct trade partner and biodynamic pioneer Henrique Sloper. Grown at the Atalaia farm in the Pedra Azul region of Brazil, this pulped natural coffee is the Red Iapar 59 variety which is a hybrid developed at the International Rust Center in 1975. It is certified biodynamic, which is the most sustainable method of agriculture and produces stunning results.
Atalaia has a sweet red apple acidity and delicate tones of vanilla. The body is well rounded and smooth with a lingering cashew nut finish.
